Mirrorball therapy aims to reflect every piece of your identity so you can find meaning, well-being, and light in all the pieces that make You, You.

Traditional therapy can often feel too rigid and clinical, and erase our unique identities as humans. It is stuck in heteronormative tropes that look to have us fit into pre-determined boxes. “Queering” the therapy is a practice in breaking from these expectations to find a life that truly fits you. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all prescription and should be as unique as we are.
The action of therapy is two people coming together with their individual identities to construct a space to facilitate growth, change, and insight.
When a safe and collaborative environment is present, one can begin to explore experiences of past and present trauma, relationships, conflict, and fantasy. It is through this exploration that we can begin to ease experiences of anxiety, depression, and stress.
